Use inclusive writing in our job descriptions (e.g., gender-neutral words (man-made becomes human-caused or artificial, …), use the pronoun “one” or the relative pronoun “who”, use plural pronouns/adjectives, use the passive voice). To access the Unites Nations guidelines, go here.

Create a committee to review job ads and job descriptions internally, including women close to the profiles we are looking for.
