Some ideas to act quickly and in a very concrete way. In the next 72 hours, I will:
Action n°1
Launch an internal mini survey: ask recruiters to list all the questions asked at each interview and then assess whether the questions differ by gender (see more information in the training booklet).
Action n°2
Ensure that:
- For equal skills, compensation is equivalent.
- When a woman returns from maternity or adoption leave, she receives a “salary catch-up” equal to the increases received by other employees.
Action n°3
Initiate a process of reflection on the tests proposed in our recruitment processes: questions asked and evaluation process.
